Our Story
We started The Wellness Education because we kept having the same conversation, with parents, with teachers and with pupils themselves.
Everyone could see that stress, poor sleep and low energy were getting in the way of learning and happiness, but nobody had the time, or the specific training, to properly address it, whether that was inside the school day or around the kitchen table at home.
So we built a business around solving exactly that: giving children, and the adults around them, the tools to feel well, so they can do well.
“The right food. Enough sleep. A positive mindset. A little mindfulness. Individually, they're just good habits.
Together, they're a superpower, and that's what we teach.”
What We Do
We work in two ways. With schools, we bring practical, evidence based sessions on nutrition, stress and sleep to pupils, parents and staff, sometimes a single assembly, sometimes a full year of workshops woven through the school PSHE calendar. With families, we work one-to-one, in your home or online, building a plan around your child and what's actually going on in your household. Either way, the goal is the same: simple, realistic habits people that are sustainable and building long lasting positive relationship with food.
Meet our Founder
“I want every child to grow up feeling confident about food, not confused by it, able to manage stress and exam anxiety with real tools, and equipped with positive habits that last long after they leave school. That’s the whole reason I do this”
Natasha Banks leads our work. Earlier in her career, she spent years coaching founders and executives on performance and resilience, work that taught her just how much the simple things, food, sleep, mindset, matter, even at the very top.
But the real reason The Wellness Education exists is closer to home. As a mother of three, Natasha has seen firsthand how hard it can be to get children genuinely excited about the right food, and how much confusion parents face trying to get the right nutrients into their kids in a world of fussy eating, conflicting advice and busy schedules. That's what sparked a real passion for helping young children build a positive relationship with food, and for giving parents the confidence and tools to support them at home.
Natasha is a qualified Health & Nutrition Coach, has studied Positive Psychology at Oxford Business School, and is a trained Mental Health First Aider and Off-Site Safety Management practitioner. Her approach is simple, balanced and sustainable, built to fit real family and school life, not fight against it.
